Family Movies Under the Moon

Join us for a family viewing of the best hero movie ever! "MEGAMIND"!  Rated PG, the story of what it means to be born a hero, or MADE a hero.  Unfortunately the sun won't be down yet, but the moon may still be out!

Conversation questions:

• Families can talk about the nature of good and evil. Do all superheroes need a supervillain nemesis? What happens after the hero is eliminated (or even the villain)? Can a hero exist in the absence of evil, and vice versa?
• Metro Man says everyone has a choice whether to be the hero or not. Do you think that's true?
• Can you think of other heroes who are different from the usual type? What are some examples?
• Are heroes BORN or MADE? Can we choose to use our talents and skills for good or bad?

Doors Open: 6:30 pm

Showing begins: 7:00 pm

• Bring a blanket, bench, lawn chair, bean bag, or friend to sit on. (we have seating, but it is first come first served)
• Concessions sold benefit ICS youth programs.
• Bring bug spray, sunscreen, and layers in case of weather changes.
• 4+ age recommendation is because seating area is open with no barriers (if you have a kid who won't run away, they can come)
• Building and seating area ADA accessible.
• Trigger warnings, loud sounds, flashing lights.
• Supporting Members receive 4 free tickets - registration required
